2025 Wrap Up

Wrap up alert!

I want to do a quick recap of this year because it was a really good one.

2025 started with my participation in the TALP Open Exhibition in Nottingham, UK, followed by my transition from monochrome drawing to colored pencils, a change that proved to be a very good decision. Four of my drawings were selected for the Almenara Art Prize 2025 Online Exhibition, across two categories, and The Fool's Coronation received an honourable mention.

Without a doubt, the highlight of this year was my participation in the Another Time Has Other Lives to Live exhibition, curated by Diana Marincu at the Art Encounters Foundation in Timișoara. I had the honour of showing five works alongside 11 other talented artists, and of meeting curators and international art professionals. A huge thank you to the Art Encounters team! The exhibition is still open until January 10th.

Towards the end of the year, my participation in the contemporary art fair Art Your Christmas, organized by Artouching, proved to be very fruitful, thank you, Livia Mateiaș and Marius Jurca. I also had the pleasure of being invited to the third edition of the Balul Artelor exhibition, thank you, Cosmin Vâlceanu.

I can’t finish without thanking everyone who purchased my prints, you kept me working! You know who you are!

I have a few projects in the works for the beginning of next year, but all in due time. 

Overall, 2025 was a full year, with lots of work, positive changes, and contexts that came naturally, a year that really went well.
